Our Shark Bay photography tour is a highly unique 3 day aerial photography tour based in Monkey Mia, Western Australia. Amateurs through to semi-professionals are taught how to capture professional quality aerial landscape photographs plus a few traditional landscape shoots on the ground.

Photographers are escorted around Shark Bay in current model Toyota Prado 4WDs, flown in private Cessna light aircraft, taught essential photography skills while visiting stunning locations at the best times to capture them.

This is a premium Mark Gray workshop, limited to only 4 participants with only 2 participants in each plane and 4wd to ensure everyone has plenty of freedom to find creative compositions and receive a superior level of attention at every location.

Photography Tour Highlights

• Capture the amazing aerial attractions of world-heritage listed Shark Bay and surrounds, photographing them at the best times of the day: The Tree, Useless Loop Salt Mine, Francois Peron National Park, Little Lagoon, Big Lagoon, Faure Island, Carrarang Sand Dunes & more. 3 x 2 hour aerial photography shoots included in 2 x Cessna 210 Aeroplanes (Sunrise, Midday & Sunset) with doors removed and no wing-struts allowing unrestricted access for the best possible experience shooting aerial photography. • Learn quickly with only 4 participants plus the undivided attention of MARK GRAY plus an Accredited Instructor. NOTE: You will have the instructor's undivided attention, they will not be shooting. • Expand your photography and post-processing skills in our intimate small group processing and critiquing sessions. • Enjoy the comfort of our spacious air-conditioned 4WD Prados. Only 2 participants in each vehicle. • Relax at the end of a productive day shooting in your own private, luxurious beach side suite with king bed and private balcony. • Savour delicious, gourmet meals and unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the tour

3 days luxury accommodation is included in the tour cost. Participants are accomodated in their own private, luxury suites allowing comfort and relaxation during down time.

Fitness Level / Difficulty
This trip requires a basic level of fitness and a level of comfort with flying in small single engine aircraft with doors removed.

Equipment/Clothing Required
· Digital OR Film Camera (Digital is preferred as it allows for on-location photo critique)
· Tripod
· Sturdy, Comfortable Walking Shoes
· Suitable clothing for cool conditions at 1000 - 3000 feet with the plane doors removed.
