Details:	This beautiful spot looks out across Dolphin Cove, up North Tura Beach towards Bournda Island. It's a favourite spot of mine to sit and reflect, as it's located pretty much at the end of my street in Tura Beach. It's only 10 minutes walk from my house and I have visited many mornings with my camera gear only to be let down by average light. In the early Winter of 2011, I had been very sick with the flu for a few weeks and hadn't been able to get out and shoot much, especially as I was still working in the gallery almost every day. One evening I noticed that there was strong potential for a good sunrise in the morning but ended up falling asleep (on cold and flu medication) before I remembered to set my alarm. I awoke at around 6AM the next morning and immediately remembered the sunrise. Although I was feeling like absolute death, I managed to get out of bed and looked out my bedroom window across the ocean to see one of the best sunrises I have ever witnessed! Very disappointed in myself I got dressed quickly and raced down to the closest location I had previously scoped out for a shoot. By the time I got down there the colours of the sunrise had diminished a great deal but the sun was just hitting the horizon and lighting up the scene perfectly. I had just enough time to capture this one magic shot before the sun went behind a cloud and it was all over!
