Don't miss out on an early edition of your favourite Mark Gray Limited Edition Print. Now you can secure your early edition with only a 10% deposit upfront and pay the remaining amount in 3 easy monthly, bi-monthly or tri-monthly installments with no additional fees!

On receiving your payment plan application, you will receive an email to verify the current available edition, total cost and instructions on how to organise your 10% deposit payment. Once your initial deposit has been received you will be notified of the edition number that you have secured. You will then receive an email each time your next payment is due. Once your final payment is received your print is ordered and delivered within our standard delivery times (1-2 weeks for unframed prints, 6-8 weeks for framed prints).

Terms & Conditions
By applying for a payment plan and paying your initial deposit you are committing to pay the full amount required to complete your payment plan over a period of 3, 6 or 9 months and agreeing to all terms & conditions listed below:

1. The payment plan offer is absolutely and solely at the discretion of Mark Gray Landscape Photography.
2. Mark Gray Landscape Photography reserves the right to refuse an application for a payment plan.
3. Mark Gray Landscape Photography reserves the right to withdraw payment plans at any time.
4. Payment plans are available for all framed or unframed open and limited edition prints valued at $1000 AUD or more.
5. Once committed to a payment plan, payments at a minimum 10% of the purchase price are to be made monthly, bi-monthly OR tri-montholy using credit card, cash or bank transfer.
6. Ownership of the goods does not transfer to the customer until full payment has been received by Mark Gray Landscape Photography.
7. In the event that a payment is not received within 28 days from an emailed payment request and phone contact has been made, further phone contact will be ensured and if a resolution cannot be reached the payment plan will be automatically cancelled.
8. In the event that you do not complete the payment plan for any reason Mark Gray Landscape Photography will retain your initial 10% deposit. All other received funds will be refunded in full within 28 days from payment plan cancellation.
